Last few days (and taking care of my back)

Kenway and I have been training (but not posting) in the last few days.

On Monday we bouldered at BKB. We did sV1, V2, V3, V4 and then we worked on two V5s. I kept falling at the same point on one of them, but the other was taken care off rather quickly.

On Tuesday we went running on the west side. Ran a total of 4 miles at a 9:30min/mi pace with a short rest midway. It was hot and humid, but we survived.

Wednesday morning we went to Coles. Short session, making sure to stay away from stuff that could hurt my back further.
Benchpress (warmupt + 3x5): 135, 145, 155.
Boxjumps 5x5.
Dips 5x5.

Wednesday night we went climbing with Jaclyn. First lead two 5.9s in a row. Then we lead a 10b with badly placed clips. Followed by some TR: 5.9-, 5.11, 5.11. Then some bouldering. I finished the V5 I kept on falling on last time, and did a V3 as well as tried a V6 a few times.

Thursday morning we did a run/exercise combo. The running was done at about 8:30min/mi, with 2 minutes in between runs during which we had to do 20 reps of an exercise.
Running 0.5 miles
20 pushups
Running 0.5 miles
20 pullups
Running 0.5 miles
20 situps
Running 0.5 miles
20 benchjumps

In order to prevent future injuries to my back, I am adding 10 reps of the stretch illustrated above in the morning and in the evening as per the physical therapists recommendation. One randomized control study finds that it helps: Can Passive Prone Extensions of the Back Prevent Back Problems?
