Back to pushing weights

Tried to lift some weights today with J.

Bench press, 5x5: 135, 145, 150, 155, 150 (F).

Squats: 135 (hurt my back)...

Pull ups: hold 5 seconds at top, 90, 135 degrees, 4 times. Wide grip, 5 times.

Dips: 10, 7, 5.

Tricepts (3x5): 50, 55, 65.

Back really in bad shape. Need to go slowly next time.
