Back in the Catskills

First run in the Catskills for my month up here. Went with A who is trying to get back into it after a knee problem. I wanted to repeat the last workout I did in Berlin as a way to gouge if I have lost much (since I have not been as constant since I came back). The workout was a medium pace interval 8x3x1:30. This also allowed A to run at her pace and we walked toward each other in the rest time. Here are my splits:

Split 1: 7:34
Split 2: 7:48
Split 3: 7:34
Split 4: 7:24
Split 5: 7:28
Split 6: 7:33
Split 7: 7:23
Split 8: 7:16

That's actually (very) slightly better than when I left Berlin. Ariane did 6 sets at a pace of about 9min/mi. Her knee felt fine, which is a huge improvement. Maybe the sleeve she bought helped.
