Added another one

Today went for 6 miles with a goal of a pace at or slightly under 9 mi/min. Here is my pace for each mile:

Mile 1: 8:43
Mile 2: 8:52
Mile 3: 9:01
Mile 4: 8:54
Mile 5: 8:50
Mile 6: 8:58

That's 8:53 min/mi overall. I followed it with 2/3rd of a mile of cooldown. My heart rate went up steadily peaking at 175.

The program seems to be working in the sense that I can improve my distance every week while keeping my pace. S just did a 10K (she was second in her age group - out of 100), her pace was 7:15... Eventually I'll have to start focusing on improving my pace.

My left calf as been slightly cramped / tight for the last week. I probably have to look for a better way to stretch.
