2nd go at medium pace intervals: 8x2x1

After a few days off, it was time for another go at medium paced intervals. The plan was 8 times 2 on / 1 off (+ a warmup and cooldown). I aimed and managed to keep my pace below 8 min / mi as you can see below.

My max heart rate was 172, better than last time where it went to 183. Looked online and there is some variance depending on the formula but my max heart rate seems to be computed between 180 and 182. Not sure what t do with that information.

Today's workout gave me a total a bit above 3 miles in total.
