And the burpees keep coming

Warm-up:
30 burpees
15 situps
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 5x55, 3x65, 1x75 then 3x5x85)

5 rounds:
3 burpees
3 pullups

Taking it easy with the lifting, with upcoming travel it's going to be hard to stick tightly to a progressive lifting regimen (see squats from yesterday).

G's grand burpee experiment is coming along, getting easier to link them up but staying consistent is the hard thing. As you can clearly see from the graphs, G is like clockwork - me and Alistair, not so much (black line represents the even rate for 10000 burpees in a year: ~27.4 /day).

Man, that green line has one serious spike! But we all seem to be keeping pretty close to schedule.
