Warm-up:
3x10 burpees, situps
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x165 then 3x5x185)
3 rounds of:
5 hamstring curl R (35)
5 hamstring curl L (35)
5 burpees
Keeping the weights low for now, tough five days in NOLA for fitness. Time to catch up on some burpees...
