Upper body only
My legs are toasted from the weekend.
3x5 bench press (10x45, 5x95, 5x135) 3x5x180
3x5 shoulder press (10x45, 5x75, 5x95) 5x120, 5x120(f5), 5x120(f4,dna5)
Hit that bench press which was nice, so I'll move up to 185 next. The shoulder press was better, but still pretty weak. I think I'm going to drop 10 lbs and increase the number of sets to try and break this plateau.
