10 standing plate twist (45)
10 overhead lunges (45)
60 s front plank
In and out today: warmup - press - cooldown. Didn't sleep well last night, and in my haze increased the press warmup loads quicker than I meant to. Still, 100 felt okay, though almost paused in the last rep of the last set. If I had fractional plates, I'd probably load them next, but since I don't it's 105 next session.
