Going up

Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 1x205 then 3x5x225)

2 rounds:
3 dips
5 KTE

Short and sweet today. Widened my grip just a bit and walked my feet into the starting position before getting under the bar. Not sure if it was the minor tweaks in initial positioning, or some much needed rest and caloric intake over the weekend, but the squats felt really solid today. Some slight slowing on the 5th reps of each set, but overall really comfortable. Go to 230 next.

Wanted to work some dips, but definitely a little tweaky on my right shoulder.
