1x10 burpee pullups
1x10 Arnold presses (25# dbs)
Just trying to get back on track with G's grand burpee experiment - 30 a day doesn't sound like a lot but it's surprisingly hard to fit in. Good to have a purpose for the hotel workout. Followed up with a quick dip in the ocean off Key Biscayne.
