End of the week lifting
Classically, the end of the week is when my performance is the worst, but I hit all my squat goals and improved on the shoulder press compared to last time. I almost completed a full set of 5 at 120... not bad!
3x5 low-bar squat (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 2x185) 3x5x210
3x5 shoulder press (10x45, 5x75, 5x95) 5x120 (pp5), 5x120 (pp2-5), 5x115(pp4-5)
pull-ups: 21
Ran out of time for cleans, so finished with a set of max-rep pull-ups.
