Warm-up:
3x5 situps/pushups/squats/pullups
1x5 deadlift (5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 1x275 then 1x5x285)
5-5-3-3-1-2 bench press (45, 95, 115, 135, 155, 160)
3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 3x64 then 3x5x85)
Tired from lunges yesterday, but DL went up okay. Not really stalling, but felt a little out of sorts - power application didn't feel smooth. Been a while since I've deadlifted regularly, may roll in some lower weight, higher rep DL work into the mix.
Just did not have it on the bench today, will try to go for 3x5x160 again soon. Presses felt okay but heavy, been a long time but expect some transfer over from the bench - go to 90 next time.
