Getting into a habit of getting up early with M on the weekends and getting outside to East River Park for a little running. As per usual, we nursed coffee on the walk over as a nice casual warm-up. Ran a timed mile on the track at a comfy pace, accelerating through the mile. We both could have gone a little faster.

2 rounds of:
20 walking lunges
10 pushups
20 walking lunges
10 box jumps (park bench)

MG: 2x8 supine rows
KL: 1x10 pullups, 1x6 L-pullups
