7 DB Bent Over Rows
7 DB Cleans
7 DB Push Presses
*Use 50lb dumbells
KL (sub 30#): 5 rounds + 7 rows + 4 cleans
Quick workout today, feeling pretty tired from the weekend. Subbed lighter dbs and was really glad I did, had to break up the cleans from round 2 onwards. Cleans done as full squat cleans.
