Lifting
Off the normal MWF lift schedule because I skipped Monday, but here's today's lifts. I missed the deadlifts due to time constraints, but will finish off the week with them tomorrow.
3x5 squat: (10x45, 10x95, 5x135) 3x5x195
3x5 bench: (10x45, 10x95, 5x135) 3x5x170
Honestly didn't think I was going to complete either set today. Will try heavier next week
