Warm-up:
3x10 situps, pushups, squats, pullups
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 bench press (5x45, 3x75, 3x95, 1x105 then 3x5x110)
3x5 weighted chinups (3x5x10)

Back's feeling better, took a long while warming up today to loosen it up and laid off the heavy lifting. Going to mix some weighted chins into my lifting routine to balance out the chest and shoulder work. Bench felt good, up to 115 next session; chins can go to 15.

Good, glad to see it feeling better. My current workout partner has similar lower back issues and aggravates it every now and then.

Light deadlifts!
