Singles

Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

5x1 deadlifts (135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x1 then 295/305/315/325/335 x1)

1x20 standing plate twist (45#)
1x20 plank walkups

Back to Coles, going to try and workout more frequently again to go with G's pledge to climb more. Took it easy today and stuck with heavyish singles and lighter weights to concentrate on form. Felt decent, good connection through the pull. Pulled with a hook grip for kicks.
