3-3-1 back squat (high-bar;230)
2-2-2- back squat (low-bar;225)
10-10 chinups
Completely fried today. Gave up on squats, but since I was at the gym, I messed around with some low-bar squats just to see how they felt. Ok, but I forgot how uncomfortable racking the bar in that position is. That, and my hammies felt weak!
