Hit the gym with Daniel and Alistair. I did:

Benhpress (5x5): 110, 145, 150, 155, 160
Deadlift (4x5): 145, 185, 210, 235, 245
Bounce ball above head on wall (5x30) alternating 8 and 6 pounds ball
Box jumps (3x15) at about 1.5 feet.

Deadlifts weights coming up!

Very slowly, but yes a little. I am not finding it easy to hold the bar for 5 reps at these weights.

Bring some climbing chalk G. I suspect it's just sweat or a really old, smooth barbell.
