Warm-up:
foam rolling
lots of bench pressing (bar up to 135)
5x5 bench press (3x145,2x140)
3x3 deadlift (245,275,295)
Bench felt fine, although it's a bit sad to see my arms shaking like leaves in the wind on the last reps. Very nice to deadlift again, and I don't feel any problems with my back. Sadly enough, grip was a issue, although in my defense, the barbell was chromed (even a hook grip sucked). Should be able to make 5 reps at 315# next time.
