8x1 snatch (125,135,145,150,2x155 [f1],2x160 [f1-2])
3x2 front squat (165,185,205 [f2])
Happy to finally get to the gym, but too tired to train well. Felt very sluggish and unfocused. Couldn't believe I had to dump the front squat at 205#. Hope to improve the leg strength soon!
