bench press (lotsxbar,65,95,115)

6x5 bench press (135#)

Just some quick benching. Started conservatively, and I will hopefully get some linear progression since I have never done this very often.

Nice to see you're back at it. 135 is a nice starting weight. I found that my first (and very long) plateau was right below my body weight. I am in much worst overall shape than you however and thus it will probably be faster for you to get past that.
