Went to the gym with Daniel in the PM. I did the following (Daniel did more or less the same at different weights).
Benchpress 3x6: 135, 145, 155
Dips 3x10
Squats 3x6: 135, 145, 155
Shoulder press 3x6: 85, 80, 75
Incline sit-ups: 50
In the evening, Kenway, Jess, Daniel and I went to BKB. As usual recently, we worked our way from 1s to 4s, but could not get any higher. Jess got stuck on 3s. Daniel who was bouldering for the first time did very well as he worked his way up to a 2+.
