Nice bit of lifting. Took a bunch of video, which I may try and post later. Lifts were a bit sloppy, and the landing a bit inconsistent, but they felt snappy today. It's clear that I am very weak in the bottom position, and I need to do some heavy snatch balances, and possible some overhead squats. So weak these days.
