snowing in mid-may

3 rounds of 10 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups & squats

followed by:
3x10 dumbbell shoulder press (35, 2x25)
4x20 yd. weighted walking lunges (4x20)
3x10 dumbbell bench press (3x35)

Got the heart rate up, lunges felt really good. Very little rest between exercises, but was not doing anything explicitly for time. If the weather clears up tomorrow I'd like to put the bar over my head with something. We'll see.
