front squats

Did some front squat work.

warmup: 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, squats

5x5 front squats (5, 2x55) 5x85

Since I don't have a rack at home, these were cleaned from the ground. Maybe because I was cleaning, but I noticed today for the first time that the bar that I have is bent. Still functional, but it's about what I'd expect for a $20 garage sale weight set.

As far as weight, 85 just about tops off where I can get to with this weight set (which really sucks for deads). I could theoretically move the stoppers in, so I could start tacking on more 5lb plates, but I've got it set up for OHS's right now and don't really want to mess with it.
