Warm-up:
good mornings
backs squat

power snatch (to doubles at 125)
snatch (14 singles at 135)

Back is still unhappy, although the knee is better (tennis-induced).

Glad to hear your knees are feeling better. How much longer do you think your back will be out?

Don't know. It's been long enough now that I'm thinking it's not strictly muscular.

Probably should rest more...
