Warm-up:
light jog
6x 200m sprint
rest ~2 min between rounds
(0:43, 0:39, 0:41, 0:41, 0:44, 0:46)
3x3 front squat (45x5, 95x3, 135x2, then 185/195/205 x3)
Took advantage of the nice weather to get in some running on the roof. 200m is a tough distance, short enough to keep it close to a sprint (real distance on the odd-shaped Coles track likely closer to 220m). Held it together til the last round or two. Exercise asthma induced in a fierce way by these, but good to get them in. Front squats felt *heavy*.
