Back to square 1
Jess and I went to PG tonight. Jess was climbing well. First she did a 5.9 on TR, then she sent her first 10d clean (TR). She followed it by a 10a clean on lead, and she finished by working 2/3 of an 11c on TR.
I, on the other hand, seem to have regressed. My tendinitis is back, and I am struggling leading 10s. I did the following on lead: 10b, 10c (2 takes), 10b. Then I did two 11c on TR. The 10b I did were both super overhanging which was nice for a change.

Sounds like it was the transition from toproping to leading, which I imagine means moving from more vertical (technical) climbing to more overhanging (strength) climbing. That's gonna put a lot more strain on your biceps.
Maybe you should alternate?
I think your diagnostic is correct. I will climb a lot lee in the coming weeks, but when I do, I will try to alternate.
