2-2-2-2-3-3 split jerk (95,115,135,145,2x115)
Finally think I got bar muscle-ups. I got about five or so with a few misses at the end. Felt a bit different than doing them on the rings, if possible, even more stressful on the elbows.
I'd like to some strict bar muscle-ups someday:
