2 rounds of Fight Gone Bad
Trekked out to Brooklyn for some lifting. Felt a bit sluggish, but was very happy to power snatch 145#. Clearly did too many snatches, as I was pretty fatigued for the C+Js and it showed. Need to balance this a bit better in the future.
Attempted Fight Gone Bad but only managed to finish two rounds before I thought I was going to die. Seriously, I don't think I've ever felt that bad from a workout. And I didn't even finish the damned thing! Thanks to Sam for putting on good music and keeping me moving.
T minus 3 hours till tennis. I'm gonna suck.

Si, how rough was the FGB? Always seemed like a real burner to me...
