Distance: 3 miles (treadmill, 1.0% incline)
Pace: 9:41 min/mile
Cadence: 170 bpm
Moved to a 1% incline, dropped the pace to compensate. Definitely felt different and a little harder (HR 180 right after). Still just working on getting distance in and not worrying too much about pace yet.
