Week 3 intervals

Treadmill (1.0% incline):
1 mile @ 10:54
5x [1:00 on, 2:00 off] @ 8:00-10:54
1.5 mile @ 10:54

4 miles total, switching all my treadmill work at 1% incline. Slowed my warm-up/cooldown pace but increased my interval jog pace. Clocked to 170 cadence mostly, but let the cadence float for the speed intervals (185-190).

Considering running without clocked music to see what my natural cadence is - probably outside.
