Pace: 9:22 min/mile
Cadence: 170 bpm
After a nice warm weekend, back indoors on a wet, snowy Monday.
Felt tough today, with a number of potential reasons: a big step up in mileage last week, running yesterday with M, too much drinking and/or a poor night's sleep. Whatever the cause, was sweating in the first mile and breathing heavy in the second. Felt like I was taking very long strides @170 spm but might have just been a rough day - will try at this speed/cadence next time.

My run on Sunday felt tough as well. Maybe its just in the stars.
