Went to the gym. Lifted a bit (benchpress, super light squats, dips), then headed to the treadmill.
Ran 3.5 miles, always slightly under 8 min/mile (always between 7:45 and 7:55). This was very hard for me to keep up, even on such short distance. Obviously, I need to work on this.
