Yasso 800
First time doing intervals in a long while. Tried Yasso 800 at a goal time of 3:30 for 1/2 mile. These were longer then what I used to do at medium pace, but went at my fast pace; on the other hand I did fewer reps than I was doing last time I did intervals. My time were:
Split 1: 3:33
Split 2: 3:31
Split 3: 3:30
Split 4: 3:28
My cadence at that speed is around 200.
I went bouldering yesterday at BKB. Took it easy: V0, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V4. Also did a few attempts at a 6. Felt good.

Thanks Brian. For the record, I am not training for a Marathon, but I think intervals really help me improve.
