Hills are your friend

Elevation Gain/Loss: 245
Slow pace run with A for the first 2 miles. She was having a hard time running today but pushed through.
To that I added running down and up a 0.25 miles hill twice. I figured its time for me to embrace the hills since they are not going away.
Before the run I did 26 burpees.
