Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 1x185 then 3x5x190)
2 mi run (treadmill @10:00 m/mi)
1x2 wrist roller (10)
Nice lazy Saturday seemed like a good time to sweat a little, but I had forgotten how crammed the gym gets on weekends (especially during finals).
Squats felt nice and solid, will increment slowly (and hopefully more regularly). Easy run felt rough by the end, HR ~180. Wanted to do some grip work but with my elbow tendonitis I called it quickly and headed for the showers.
