Slow does it

After a week of eating and no training due to traveling, it  was time to hit the gym.

I ran 3.2 miles in 30 minutes, starting slow and reaching an 8 min/mile after 10 minutes which I kept for 5 minutes and then decreased my pace until the end.

I felt like more punishment was needed, so I followed it by 30 minutes of rowing.

I actually felt good when it was all said and done.

This weekend we are hitting the Gunks, and K is proposing the following:

Sat: Disneyland (6), Yellow Ridge (7), Fat Stick (7, single pitch)
Sun: Hans' Puss (7), Thin Slabs Direct (7), Directissima (9!)

Seems like a lot, given these are supposed to be half days, but we'll see.
