Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 1x185 then 3x5x190)

Short and sweet, had to run in to the office early. I am *weak* right now, 190 is feeling heavy. No stalling though, so will keep inching the weights up.
