Truth (and wisdom) through failure
Warm-up:
court jogs
3x5 pushups/situps/squats/pullups
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 lo-bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 1x185 then 3x5x200)
3x5 bench press (5x45, 5x95, 3x115, 1x135 then 5x140, 4x140, 3x140)
10 box jumps (medium box)
10 box jumps (high box)
Loads getting heavy for me all the way around. Squats were tough, some pausing on the last reps of each set. Better focus on a tight core made the later sets feel a little better. DNA the last reps of the last two sets of bench because I just wasn't feeling it today, and didn't want to hurt myself before intended misadventures out on the ice this weekend.
Feeling some fatigue from the recent cumulative work, will moderate as necessary.
