Ow

Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching

3x5 low-bar back squat (45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 165x1 then 3x5x185)

10 decline situps
10 back extensions

Woke up pretty sore from a cold day in the Catskills (more to come soon), but determined to stick to a routine I dragged myself in to squat. Not bad once I warmed up, but definitely a little tired from yesterday. 185 felt heavy but doable.
