Baby steps
Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low bar back squat (5x45, 5x95, 3x135, 2x155 then 3x5x165)
3x5 bench press (5x45, 5x65, 3x95 then 3x5x115)
Long layoff with travel and the holidays, easing back into it slowly. To maximize the chance of keeping a regular routine, am trying to not bite off more than I can chew (see burpees).
