Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 1x225 then 3x5x230)
50 situps (rolled lumbar towel)
Tough day today, maybe due to being a little run down from recent workouts/climbing and lack of sleep, maybe due to loads going up. The first few reps of each set (especially the last one) felt great, but reps 3-5 were heavy, almost paused completely on the last rep.
Getting close to my 5RM of 245, which was 3 years ago. Will work to 235 next but might have to shift to 5x3 for a while.

Nice work! Sleep is seriously one of the most important things for a good lifting day.
Yep, that and food - don't seem to be getting enough of either, I'm afraid.
