Warm-up:
court jogs
dynamic squat stretching
3x5 low-bar back squat (5x95, 5x135, 3x165, 1x185 then 3x5x190)
3x5 shoulder press (5x45, 3x55, 1x65 then 3x5x75)
Goal was to just get in and work on my linear progression, but definitely feeling stiff from Monday (and maybe climbing last night) and the squats felt tougher than they should have. Press was relatively easy at the light weight, focused on getting the elbows out and pushing through the triceps. Go to 195/80 next week.
