A proper session

Managed to work in a complete session with three different exercises today ~hooray

3x5 lo-bar squat (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 2x185) 3x5x205
3x5 shoulder press (10x45, 5x75, 5x95) 5x120 (f4-5), 5x115 (pp5), 5x115 (pp4-5)
3x5 power clean (10x45, 5x89, 5x133) 3x5x153

Squats were much better compared to Friday (unposted).  Feel comfortable moving up to 210.
The power cleans were also fine.  I hadn't done them in quite awhile so I dropped about 15 lbs.  Will move them up to 160 next time.  Last time I did shoulder press, I hit 3x5x115 pretty easily, so attempted it (unsuccessfully) at 120 today.  No dice, so I'll keep it at that for next time as well.

I've been having some left elbow pain when I lo-bar squat recently, and it seems to be a rather common issue.  Perusing various online forums the solution seems to be to widen the grip.  I tried that today and it didn't hurt quite as badly so I'm going to try widening it a little more next time.  I seem to remember having this problem way back in the NYU days, but I'd attributed it to climbing and pull-ups.  It seemed odd that the squat would be the source of elbow pain but there it is.

Surprisingly, yes! It's started raining a ton here as well, so the concern now is mudslides
