Movin' on up

Today was a good day.


3x5 low-bar back squat (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x190) 3x5x230
3x5 bench press (10x45, 5x95, 5x135) 3x5x170
3x5 dead lift (10x111, 5x155, 5x210) 3x5x275

Everything felt awesome today, probably because I was extremely well rested and well fed.  I'll be off for the rest of the week and returning Monday.  Bench and squat can go up 5 lbs each next time, dead lift should go up 10.  The only issue with the deads was my grip, the legs felt totally fine.  I had to use a switch grip on rep 5 of the last two sets though
