Two plates - sweeet.

3x5 low-bar squat: (10x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185) 3x5x225
3x5 bench press: (10x45, 5x95, 5x135) 3x5x165
3x5 deadlift: (10x111, 5x155, 5x205) 3x5x265

Today felt awesome.  The last few reps of the squats were a little ugly, but they still went up - do 230 next time.  The bench should go up by 5 to 170 as well.  The deadlift is only 40 lbs away (embarrassingly close!) from the squat right now, so next time I'll go up by 10 and do it at 275.

In general, all the lifts felt really strong today - I  have to wonder if that's a post-weekend carb loading effect.  I was definitely intimidated by the two plates on the squat, but everything turned out fine!
