Warm-up:
3x5 situps/pushups/squats/pullups
1x5 deadlift (5x135, 5x185, 3x225, 1x245 then 1x5x275)
5x3 bench press (5x45, 5x95, 3x115, 1x135 then 5x3x150)
2x5 kettlebell shoulder press (12 kg)
1x10 standing plate twist (45)
Getting back into the swing of the deads, lifted with chalk today which was helpful. Focused on a tight core before starting the lift. Felt nice and solid til the last two reps, but okay to go up slowly (280 next time).
Switching to 5x3 on bench to try and ratchet the 5 rep loads up. Solid but heavy today, last reps of sets 4 and 5 slowed but not quite stalling yet. To 155 next session.

Nice progression! I've been slacking the last few weeks with various trips but looking to start again this week.
Not bad but could be a lot better, my conditioning is pretty low right now.
Been kind of scattered, will be nice to settle in and work consistently for a string of weeks.
Your kid is really growing up quick!
Yeah, she's pretty big now. She's just at the point where she can crawl around now and interact with stuff she finds interesting which is always fun. Naturally she's always most interested in the most dangerous things.
